A: Anita's Balm does not claim to be a cure for any skin disorder or disease. As you can see from the Testimonials, it has helped many people with a variety of issues. It is a help to most people who use it as directed in the Videos about how to apply it, and has helped many who have eczema and other skin disorders. As with any product of this nature, Anita's Balm cannot be responsible for individual results as we do not control your environment, diet, application, cleanliness, or other health aspects that may affect your results. As such we do not offer refunds for any reason.

A: Yes, if you are on Medicaid, Medicare, Veterans or Champus insurance, if your doctor writes an order for Anita's Balm you can take it to one of our participating pharmacy locations and get it filled for free. Contact me if you or your pharmacist have any questions.
